Terms & Conditions

Please read these before you book. Our team is happy to explain anything — just call or WhatsApp us.

01Booking & confirmation

A booking request is not confirmed until our team calls or messages you to confirm the kit, dates and price.

02Identification

A valid NIC, passport or driving licence is required when collecting equipment. Business bookings may also need a company letter.

03Payment & deposit

Rental charges and any security deposit are agreed when we confirm your booking and are payable before the equipment is released.

04Collection & return

Equipment is collected from and returned to our office at the agreed times. Please check every item with our crew when you collect it.

05Late returns

Equipment returned after the agreed time may be charged for an extra day. Let us know early if you need to extend.

06Care, damage & loss

The hirer is responsible for the equipment from collection until return. Damage, missing parts or loss are charged at repair or replacement cost.

07Cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation charges, if any, are explained when we confirm your booking.
